    Summary: We build and host your website for a monthly fee. If you stop paying, your site goes offline. Prices may increase once a year. We are not liable for losses arising from your website being offline or for the content you provide to us.
  

1. Who We Are

No Hassle Websites ("we", "us", "our") provides website design, hosting, and maintenance services to small businesses and individuals. By signing up and making payment, you ("the customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Our Service

We provide:

A professionally designed website built to your specification
Domain name registration and management (where included)
Website hosting and Cloudflare DDoS protection
A custom logo design
Ongoing content updates via WhatsApp or email
SSL certificate and technical maintenance

We aim to have your website live within 24 hours of receiving all required information from you. Timescales may vary if information is incomplete or additional revisions are requested.

3. Payments & Billing

Our service is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of sign-up. By completing payment, you authorise us to charge the agreed monthly fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.

No setup fee is charged
Your first payment is taken at sign-up
Subsequent payments are taken monthly on the same date
All payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details

4. Price Reviews

We review our pricing annually. We reserve the right to increase our monthly subscription price no more than once per calendar year. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice (by email) of any price increase before it takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the increase takes effect.

5. Non-Payment & Service Suspension

    Important: If a payment fails or is not received, your website will be taken offline within the same billing month. We will attempt to notify you by email. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without further notice.
  

Reactivation following suspension due to non-payment may be subject to a reactivation process. We do not guarantee that your content will be retained following termination of service.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made by contacting us via email at info@nohasslewebsites.com or via WhatsApp. Upon cancellation:

Your site will remain live until the end of your current billing period
No refunds are issued for partial months
Your domain, if registered by us, may be transferred to you upon request — a transfer fee may apply

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when signing up
Ensure all content you supply (images, text, logos) is owned by you or you have the right to use it
Not use your website for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive purpose
Keep your contact and payment details up to date

We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that we consider unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, you own the content of your website (text, images you provided). The website design, code, and logo created by us remain the intellectual property of No Hassle Websites until the account is in good standing. We reserve the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use or unavailability of your website
We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party services (including Cloudflare, domain registrars, or Stripe)
We are not liable for any inaccuracies in content that you have provided to us
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in that period

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Uptime & Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability for all websites we host, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to notify you of planned downtime in advance where possible.

11. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to this processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
