After my knee surgery I was dreading rehab but Emma made every session positive and productive. I'm back running 5k three times a week, which I never thought possible.
I'd been living with chronic lower back pain for years. Tom's approach was methodical and empathetic. After 8 sessions I finally feel like myself again. Cannot recommend enough.
Aisha helped me recover after the birth of my second child. Her expertise in women's health physio is outstanding. The clinic is clean, welcoming and always runs on time.
