We opened The Copper Pan in 2018 with a simple idea: cook the best ingredients simply, serve them generously, and make everyone feel at home. Six years on, nothing's changed. Our bread is baked daily, our veg comes from farms within 30 miles, and our pasta is rolled by hand every morning.
Easily the best meal we've had in Sheffield. The pappardelle was extraordinary and the sticky toffee pudding should be illegal. We've been back three times since and it's perfect every single time. This is what a neighbourhood restaurant should be.
